Consultants in this role get to: Be the Point of Contact: Educate the customer regarding their payment and negotiate an approximate payment date where it will be completed. Negotiate a payment date of the customer’s debt. Be r esponsible to Manage inbound and outbound calls to recover from applicable assigned accounts costumer. Process correspondence. Define Sutherland Reputation: Maintain the best customer experience possible achieving the collection goals. Deliver an experience to every customer meeting CreditShop’s service standards. Consistently Deliver: Achieve all agreed KPI’s.
